Award winning luxury PR consultancy based in the w-end is looking for a dynamic assistant to support the director and take on marketing duties!

This a high energy department and the managing partner is looking to identify a graduate assistant who enjoys working at a fast pace and someone who can get involved with marketing type duties.

This very much a hybrid role and will suit someone who wishes a lynch-pin position!

More detailed duties:

Main Responsibilities
*Full range of administrative duties to support the team including copy and audio WP,
filing, printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, formatting documents, raising
invoices and dealing with incoming and outgoing mail.
*Extensive diary management; booking meetings both internally and externally with
clients, arranging meeting rooms and ordering refreshments as and when required.
*Answering telephones for and on behalf of Partners and fee-earners, taking messages
and passing to alternative team members as appropriate. Dealing with internal and
external queries wherever possible.

Marketing & Events
*Coordinating and organising the team's marketing initiatives and client-related
activities/events. Supporting Client Partners with the organisation and minutes for
client team meetings and updating client plans.
*Updating and managing the team's input into the CRM system and client portals
*Gathering and collating information from online sources


Ad-hoc duties
*Updating the internal HR system with holiday and sick leave.
*Other duties commensurate with the position/the needs of the team.


Skills

*Graduate EA with a minimum of 5 years professional services experience and ideally
marketing exposure
*Good interpersonal skills with a professional attitude
*Ability to prioritise and act on own initiative
*Able to work to deadlines and have a flexible approach
*Ability to work autonomously and proactively
*Confident communicator
*Good writing skills
*Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook and Power Point).
