A fantastic company in the heart of the West-End is looking to hire Executive Assistant to be an integral part of their team.
The opportunity will focus on the follow:
*Proactively provide full administrative support to the Real Estate team and COO with
the management of diaries and travel including coordinating complex and ever
changing international/domestic travel, itineraries, hotels, visa etc
*Set up and arrange conference calls and meetings
*Assist with booking breakfast, lunch and dinner reservations
*Main point of contact and gate keeper of all internal and external communications
for Investment team.
*Ad hoc administrative tasks including document preparation, printing / binding of
investor presentations, ordering lunches etc
*Work together with the other support staff to ensure that the office runs smoothly
The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate and ability to work under pressure and and is happy to "muck" in.
Candidates should ideally be degree educated and have minimum of two years experience working in a support function.
