A family owned medical company based in South West London are seeking a part time Accounts Assistant to join their team 2 days a week.  You will need to have at least 4 years’ experience and have used sage(paye)

Duties will include but will not be restricted to:

  • Assisting the accounts manager with all aspects of her job
  • Processing and checking client invoices and payments
  • Formatting multi page excel spreadsheets
  • Cross checking against bank reports, sagepaye
  • Cross checking against reception invoicing when errors occur
  • Chasing up non-paying clients
  • To assist the owner and Practice Manager with occasional reports for accounting stats

As Accounts Assistant, you will be a vital part of the team and well looked after. If you are confident, have a strong eye for detail, have excellent communication skills, have good knowledge of London, a strong work ethic and have brilliant IT skills then send us your CV!
