Team Assistant

Our client, a Private Equity firm based in the West End, is looking for a Team Assistant to join their growing team.

Based on reception, this Team Assistant role will involve working as part of a small team, with duties including:

• Meeting and greeting clients
• Travel arrangements (including flights, hotels and visas where applicable)
• Managing meeting rooms
• Office management
• Other ad hoc duties.

The successful Team Assistant will have a team-orientated and flexible approach, where no task is too big or too small. The ideal candidate will also have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills due to the client-facing nature of this Team Assistant role.

Core hours for this Team Assistant position will be 9am - 5 however there may be the occasional need to work beyond these hours.

Salary will be dependent on experience up to a maximum of £45K with additional benefits and a discretionary bonus.
