This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client, an independent and unique investment management firm based in the West End that fosters an international culture, bringing together seasoned Professionals with deep experience in their field of expertise. The Team Assistant role is a 1 year maternity cover starting mid/late November and you will get an excellent handover with the person going out on leave.

A varied and busy role, this Team Assistant position will involve providing support to a team of Professionals focusing on the Asia market, combined with wider responsibilities of research . The main focus as Team Assistant (70%) will be juggling a number of ever changing priorities to support the Asia Team. Duties include, however are not limited to; diary, meeting and travel management, liaising internally and externally with various contacts. Additionally there will be some research based work (30%). With a close knit support team across the business, the successful Team Assistant will need to offer flexibility and a hands on approach to assist with other tasks as necessary.

Previous and solid experience providing support to a team is essential for this Team Assistant role, as is the ability to speak, read and write Mandarin and English to a business level. A naturally curious, yet methodical approach, combined with a highly motivated and team focused manner will be required for this role. Furthermore, the ability to work effectively under pressure while offering strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential, constantly communicating progress with the team.

Salary for this Team Assistant position is paying circa £55K depending on experience and the position comes with excellent benefits including a discretionary bonus.
