We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join this leading brand on a permanent basis. 

Your role will be to support your HR Business Partner, providing a high level of HR admin support. In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide appropriate guidance, advice and support to senior management and staff within your business area. 

It would be highly preferable for candidates to have worked as an HR Administrator or a Team Assistant in an HR team; however candidates with a solid administrative background keen to pursue an HR role would be welcome to apply. 

Please note - this is a highly admin support role within HR so it's key that candidates are happy with this. 

Your duties will include, but not be limited to: 

  • Draft contracts of employment and send with new starter pack
  • Raise new starter forms, produce recruitment packs, send calendar invites and book meeting rooms where appropriate
  • Write great job adverts and post on recruitment sites
  • Create job files, file interview notes and generally keep them in order
  • Raise recruitment PO’s in a timely manner
  • Manage the welfare spreadsheet and keep a running log of welfare cases in relevant employee record
  • Carry out welfare meetings, provide support, take notes and follow up where appropriate 
  • Book and coordinate training for your business area, whilst following the Training Procedure to ensure the best ROI
