Your role

As a Personal Assistant to this busy Managing Director, your expertise will be relied upon to run the day to day of their empire. You will be responsible for the general office upkeep, running of a busy diary and in addition you will get involved with new launches, brand experiences and any event organisation. With an ability to multitask and pre-plan you will always be two steps ahead of the game. This is the perfect role for an enthusiastic team focused Personal Assistant, who enjoys a dynamic fast paced environment.

Daily activities

• Flight and travel coordination
• Event organisation
• Diary and inbox management
• Procurement of office supplies

Your skills & expertise

• Previous experience as a PA/TA/EA
• Proficient in Microsoft suite
• Multitasker, with calm organised approach
• Adept in corresponding with senior Executives
