My client a city based Executive Search & Selection firm are looking to recruit an Office Manager for their busy and vibrant office, you will be responsible for the efficient management of office and its personnel whilst providing operations support for the ongoing development of the company.

Duties will include all aspect of Office Management to include, liaising with 3rd party IT suppliers, maintenance and contractors, full finance administration to include liaising with the accountant on a monthly basis, exposure of Sage would be highly advantageous, you will also deal with all HR aspects to include contracts, staff records and appraisals.

You  must have previous Office Management experience with a real hands on approach, the ability to multi task and juggle many things at once is essential. Working with this small team and good attitude and sense of humour is essential
