Our client is a market leading international pharmaceutical company who are expanding their European customer service support team and are seeking an additional Spanish speaking Sales Administrator for a business to business role. This is exclusively within a B2B environment so not a call centre type role, but more client liaison and order support assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively work to maintain and dealing with internal and external communication in Spanish
  • Responsible for order management, order fulfilment, account management and upselling on the relevant Spanish accounts
  • Processing and tracking of orders
  • Work alongside the sales team and other departments when needed

About you:

In order to succeed in this role it is essential for you to have previous experience in customer service, sales administration, order processing, order fulfilment or office related role in a fast paced environment. You will be confident and well-spoken in Spanish as you will be dealing with various clients across Spain/ Iberia region.

Profile:

  • Perfect fluency in written and spoken Spanish and English
  • First experience providing customer services, order processing, order fulfilment in an office based environment
  • Great team player with strong communication skills
  • International experience and ability to operate in a cross cultural work environment
