Property Manager 25k Liverpool Street

Very high end international short term lets company – they work with clients who was to rent properties out to holiday makers or businessmen in the top cities worldwide –  young and lively team.  

Role: Property Manager  

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9-6pm – weekends occasionally 

70% of this role will be field based visiting beautiful central London properties to conduct checks!

Role:

• Creating  home manuals for new properties
• Troubleshooting any issues for guests over the phone
• Overseeing the maintenance team if required
• Property health check ups
• Regulations and certification supervision to ensure all homes are safety compliance

I need:

• 1 year + property/lettings experience and Admin experience
• Practical with good communication skills
