My client is a boutique high end Asset Manager and are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Head of Equities and a team of 3-4 Analysts in their fast paced London office. They are looking for someone who is fluent in Spanish, French is an advantage.

As the Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a high level of support to include assisting with some private matters for the Head of Equities.

What does this Executive Assistant role involve?

• Extensive diary management
• Booking lunches, dinners, researching venues and arranging events
• Book and manage extensive travel itineraries, both business and personal
• Liaise with key senior stakeholders
• Supporting other Executive Assistants
• 80% business EA duties / 20% personal duties
• Assist with projects and initiatives

Are you the right fit?

• Significant experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within Financial Services
• Fluent Spanish essential. Fluent French would be an advantage
• Personal qualities: assertive, fast, rigorous, very organised, dynamic and autonomous, sense of responsibility
• Ability to prioritise work and multi-task requests under pressure
• Tact and good judgement in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
• Positive attitude, friendly approach
