You responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):
- Answering the phone – acting as gatekeeper, using the switchboard
- Greeting clients and guests – representing the firm as the first point of contact for all visitors
- Filing and organising any paperwork, post or stationary orders
- Monitoring the general inbox and flagging up any important messages to the relevant professionals
- Cleaning an tidying the reception area, making sure everything looks presentable
