Office Manager

The City

We have just taken on an Office Manager role with a great boutique Executive Search firm based in the city. The team is made up with very personable and friendly people. The Office Manager role will be lovely and varied and require good organisational skills. Flexibility will be important as they want someone who has a muck in attitude.

The Office Manager duties include:

  • All Office Management including managing contracts with third party suppliers and liaising with the building manager to ensure the smooth running of the office.
  • Some diary management for the Managing Director
  • HR Management
  • IT/Comms Management
  • Purchase ledger
  • Managing the outsourcing of payroll
  • Financial Reporting

Strong Word/Excel skills will be needed for this Office Manager role but most important of all will be attitude as they really need a good team player.

Core hours will be 8 - 5pm and the salary is up to £40K depending on experience. This Office Manager role also comes with some great additional benefits.
