Based at corporate HQ of global firm with both a family and corporate culture and nurturing working environment, an opportunity has arisen to embrace a hybrid EA role which requires top-notch MS Office skills, excellent verbal/analytical and numeracy ability and a pragmatic approach!
Would suit a business-minded, tech-savvy EA who really wants to be involved.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing data, user support, advanced reports and presentations
- Budget tracking, handling invoice approvals
- Diary management
- Travel arrangements and expenses management
- Events – full ‘A-Z’: coordinating schedules, logistics, materials, communications
- Platform user support
- Data analysis
- Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
- Ad hoc Project assistance
Requirements:
- Previous EA/PA experience gained ideally within corporate/blue chip firm
- Previous Project driven role highly advantageous
- Events experience very beneficial
- Advanced MS Office skills absolutely essential
- People development admin a plus!
- Knowledge of networking mapping (or software) advantageous
- Outstanding numerical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven, technically-minded, self-starter
- Occasional travel required
