Based at corporate HQ of global firm with both a family and corporate culture and nurturing working environment, an opportunity has arisen to embrace a hybrid EA role which requires top-notch MS Office skills, excellent verbal/analytical and numeracy ability and a pragmatic approach!

Would suit a business-minded, tech-savvy EA who really wants to be involved.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing data, user support, advanced reports and presentations
  • Budget tracking, handling invoice approvals
  • Diary management
  • Travel arrangements and expenses management
  • Events – full ‘A-Z’: coordinating schedules, logistics, materials, communications
  • Platform user support
  • Data analysis
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Ad hoc Project assistance

Requirements:

  • Previous EA/PA experience gained ideally within corporate/blue chip firm
  • Previous Project driven role highly advantageous
  • Events experience very beneficial
  • Advanced MS Office skills absolutely essential
  • People development admin a plus!
  • Knowledge of networking mapping (or software) advantageous
  • Outstanding numerical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Results-driven, technically-minded, self-starter
  • Occasional travel required
