We are working on a really interesting role for a family office in Mayfair which you can really make the role your own. They are ideally looking for an immediate starter but also considering candidates with a notice period. It’s a business and private PA to the MD of the office as well as some office management so it’s really varied and you’d be supporting a dynamic, entrepreneurial and fun UHNWI. You will sometimes be working alone so the ability to work autonomously is important!
It’s a small office of 6 with people coming and going so it’s important that you are a self-starter. You will provide business and personal support to the MD, oversee the day-to-day office management, presentations, diary, organising travel, ensuring that the office is always fully stocked, and generally making sure that the day-to-day running of the MD's business and personal life runs smoothly.
