We have just taken on a unique opportunity for an experienced PA/OM to join a boutique Property investment based in charming offices in Arundel. They currently invest in a range of real estate and residential developments across the UK and Europe and are continuously expanding their portfolio. They believe in only creating unique developments that they would love to live and work in themselves!

THE ROLE

You will be joining the team three days per week to provide a high level of administrative support to the three company directors. This is an extremely busy role where you will also be responsible for general office management and other projects, so excellent organizational skills are key in this role! The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Extensive diary management
• Arranging international travel
• Collating expenses and bookkeeping
• Looking after stationary, suppliers, building maintenance
• Meeting and greeting visitors 
• General adhoc as requested

This is a fantastic role for someone keen to be at the heart of the business to ensuring the smooth day to day running behind the scenes. The ideal candidate must be confident and quick-thinking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a can-do attitude! You should have a genuine interest in the business and be motivated by helping the people they work with to succeed. Experience in professional services is highly desired however a fast learner and solutions-driven candidate is equally advantageous.

• Salary pay up to £30k prorated 
• Working hours are 09:00 - 5:30
• 25 days holiday (prorated)
