The Role
Looking to relocate to Germany? We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for a German Speaking Team Administrator to join the recently opened branch of a highly established Private Equity company in Berlin. This is a truly unique opportunity so do not miss out and apply now!

Our client is looking for a bright and enthusiastic administrator with a fantastic can-do attitude to take on a varied administrative role supporting a team of Executives and PAs in the office. The role will be incredibly varied and reactive depending on what needs an extra pair of hands but the chosen candidate will be likely to carry out the following tasks: 

  • Assisting the office manager with any issues that arise
  • Processing of accounts
  • Assisting with finance
  • Meeting and greeting
  • Keeping the office in order
  • Operating the switchboard
  • Assisting the PAs on an ad-hoc basis with any overflow work

The chosen administrator will be supporting a small but friendly team who are heads down and hardworking but also have a sense of humour so they are looking for someone who can fit in and hit the ground running.

The Candidate
To be successful in this role you should have a good level of self confidence and demonstrated experience supporting individuals in a similar, fast paced industry. It’s very important that you're a team-player with a muck-in attitude. Fluency in both German and English is required.

  • Salary of up to €45,000 depending on experience
