We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for an EA to work for a global firm dedicated to investing in businesses which create the biggest development impact within the poorest regions of Africa and South Asia. There are around 300 employees in the Victoria office who are all highly dedicated and passionate about the mission of the company.

THE ROLE

As EA you will be working on the C-Suite floor alongside one other EA to provide seamless support to two Deputy CIO's and their teams. The position is challenging, busy and will certainly keep you on your toes so they are looking for a proactive and dedicated EA with experience working within a similar fast-paced environment with ever changing diaries and priorities -no day is the same as the last!

Some of your EA duties will include :

The ideal candidate will be a senior level EA with experience supporting at C-Suite Level, you should be calm and composed under pressure and should take pride in making sure that the professionals life runs smoothly. Experience booking complex international travel to Africa, the Middle East and Asia is highly desirable, and knowledge of financial services is also highly desired however a fast learner and solutions-driven candidate is equally advantageous.
