We are looking for a superstar PA to join a top international private equity firm. It's a global firm with offices around the world and around 90 in their beautiful London offices. They're a friendly and social team but are also very heads down when it gets busy. This is a super opportunity to get some experience at a leading firm!

THE DETAILS

As PA you can expect:

  • Up to £45k depending on experience plus discretionary bonus
  • Private healthcare
  • Dental
  • 10% Pension
  • Season ticket loan
  • Hours are 9.00am - 5.30pm
    • THE ROLE

    Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Organising complex and ever changing diaries
  • Heavy and complex travel booking with last minute changes
  • Processing expenses
  • Various ad-hoc tasks when required

    • The role is supporting a team of approximately four in an extremely busy and fast-paced environment. Our client is looking for a personable and charismatic PA who is comfortable being proactive and making their own judgements. You'll need to be confident working under pressure as there are lots of last minute changes to diaries and travel plans. You'll need to have meticulous attention to detail, as well as excellent organisation and communication skills. The ideal PA will have experience working in a similar industry sector.
