Overseeing the day to day running of their busy and dynamic office you will also oversee their receptionist. Reporting in to their Head of Operations they require someone who can really take initiative and add value, demonstrating a personable and muck in attitude whilst building strong relationships both internally with staff and with external suppliers.

As an Office Manager your remit will include:

  • Meeting room management and booking travel
  • Financial Management / Accounts Assistant (Using SAGE)
  • Procurement 
  • On-boarding new starters
  • Full H&S Training
  • Assisting on projects i.e. Wellbeing / office move / work stations
