Our client, a global advertising and media agency, is looking for a solid Personal Assistant to join their team supporting two senior business leaders. Based in stunning offices in Central London, this is an exciting agency at the top of their game so not an opportunity to be missed! You will be kept busy in this demanding PA role and in return will be part of a fantastic culture and will work with some top names in the industry!
Day to day, this role requires full PA support including diary, travel and meeting management as well assisting with other areas of the business where needed. You will be working globally so should be adept at managing multiple time zones and come with flexibility and a willingness to get stuck in. You will also work closely with the partner agencies so you should be a natural networker, able to build strong relationships with all! Having a creative flair would also be a big plus as you will be creating pitch decks and other ad hoc elements. This is a busy role requiring a Personal Assistant with at least 4 years’ experience, ideally from within the industry (or similar creative). If this sounds like you, apply now!
