This role is pivotal and very varied, as you take care of all the logistics and customer service needed to ensure training courses take place when and where they should, with all the right materials.
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing Admin, logistics and customer service support to Corporate and Public Sector clients
- Administer webinars (training will be given)
- Organising the production and delivery of programme materials (booklets, slides, reports)
- Creating and amending Powerpoint presentations
- Liaising with freelancers and printers
You will have a proven track record within Administration including strong MS office (Powerpoint essential). Alongside your clear, accurate writing skills you will have the chance to use these skills. You could have gained your experience in Education, Training, Events, Programme Admin or any areas in which you needed to multi task and build relationships with Business clients.
This is a temp to perm role which offers a superb opportunity for you to test out the role first!
