Fantastic architects firm with incredible offices in central London.

Role:

  • Supporting 3 very different directors 
  • Lots of diary management and gatekeeping, plus inbox management.
  • Maintaining the client database on Excel and the fee proposal spreadsheet
  • Editing and creating presentations and bid documents
  • Organising events
  • Collating reports and following up on actions at meetings
  • Liaising with clients

I need:

  • MUST HAVE 5 YEARS WITHIN ARCHITECTURE/ INTERIOR DESIGN/PROPERTY ENVIRONMENT
  • MUST have PA experience
  • Good WEP, ideally Indesign but not essential
  • Experience working in an SME preferable
