PA to Founder

This is a fabulous opportunity for a fast thinking and highly organised PA to support a hugely successful and dynamic founder.  Based from stunning central London offices that are boutique with a family feel this role has huge variety and no two days are the same.

Responsibilities:

• Business and private support to a hugely busy boss
• Managing manic and ever changing diary
• Organising international travel with constant last minute changes, booking luxury hotels and securing tables at high end restaurants
• Booking holidays, researching latest places to go
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations
• Ad hoc projects

The Ideal PA

• The ideal PA will have a flexible, can do approach and the ability to adapt to last minute changes in plan
• Have around 3+ years’ experience supporting at founder level
• An understanding of HNWIs
• Excellent IT skills
