Part-time PA role – investment office in Mayfair – Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm – £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits.

A unique opportunity has arisen for a professional and experienced PA to join a small investment office in the heart of Mayfair. This is an involved role supporting 2 Directors who spend the majority of their time out of the office – you will be incredibly trusted by your principals to run the office in London. As well as supporting with all PA and office management duties, you will be heavily involved with all administration relating to investments, so good knowledge of investment / finance is vital.

PA / Office Management duties:  

• Diary management, travel arrangements, itineraries, expenses, preparing documents for meetings
• All office management – facilities, ordering supplies, managing supplier contracts
• Liaising with accountants and lawyers
• Assisting with investments – carrying out transactions, managing investor relations, responsible for administration relating to investments

The candidate:

• At least 5 years’ PA experience, ideally working in a small office
• A knowledge of investment / financial literacy
• Must be comfortable working alone as principals spend the majority of their time away from the office
• Confidentiality and discretion are key

Salary and benefits:

• £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
• Hours 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday
• Bonus, pension, private medical cover
• 25 days’ holiday (to be taken when your principals are not in the office)
