We're recruiting an experienced and highly skilled professional hands on PA to operate as the key support to the Principal. You need to deliver a first class Private Office and personal assistance service 24/7, working closely with colleagues on the Household side to coordinate the smooth running of various properties located in the UK and abroad and the household staff associated with them. You will directly coordinate and manage the Principal’s complex travel logistics including all travel arrangements and provide a consistent level of support and responsiveness during overseas travel periods. You will be required to be operationally flexible and to turn your hand to a broad range of tasks requiring your attention, often at short notice.

Taking responsibility for coordinating the personal and professional duties of a prominent individual, you will thrive in a fast paced, hands-on environment.  You will act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for senior stakeholders in his businesses and high-level contacts in the media, arts and political world. Using your proven experience and skills, you will ensure the efficient coordination and delivery of all key processes within the organisation including managing several email inboxes, staffing, HR matters and events management. You will work closely with the Accountant, Media Desk and Business Offices.

You will be part of a confidential and close-knit Private Office team, organizing both paper and processes efficiently and seamlessly, ensuring that instructions are prioritised, executed and followed up in a timely manner and ensuring that cover is in place at all times including out-of-hours and at weekends.
