Front of House Receptionist - Fashion PR

A fun fuelled fashion PR business are looking for the face of their business! This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced front of house professional who excels in providing quality, client facing customer service. You will be the first person that everyone sees at their brand new shiny office in West London so it’s a really exciting time to be joining the team. You will act as the face of the brand at all times and your duties will include meeting and greeting clients and staff, answering calls and emails, being the first point of contact for anyone visiting the office, acting as a concierge to clients visiting the business and assisting with administrative tasks. You will be exceptionally organised with excellent communication skills and have a proven record of providing excellent service. You will ideally have 2 years’ experience in a similar front of house position and a passion for people. You will be working as part of a social, collaborative team who have a fantastic culture and pride themselves on taking great care of their staff.
