Our client, a leading investment firm based in the heart of Mayfair, is looking for a proactive, dynamic and passionate EA and Office Manager to support their CEO and the wider team. This is an incredibly client facing role with potential for huge amounts of responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be proactive, self-motivated, extremely organised and have sharp attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for running the office
- Diary management
- Organising international travel
- Arranging meetings
- Acting as the gatekeeper
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Meeting room management
- Ensuring the office is pristine and well stocked
- Producing and binding presentations
- Managing electronic filing systems
- Project research
- Managing the website and responding to online enquiries
- Many ad-hoc projects
