A multinational Law Firm based in the City are looking to recruit an Events Coordinator who is able to hit the ground running in this client facing role with end-to-end management of Events.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end management of a variety of client facing and internal events
  • Research of venues, suppliers, event tech and industry trends to maintain knowledge
  • Leading logistical arrangements and supplier sourcing and management
  • Attending and contributing to team meetings
  • Providing onsite support as part of the events team including meeting and greeting guests
  • Working with internal creative team on the design and production of all event collateral
  • Conducting site visits and other supplier meetings
  • Producing and analysing evaluation feedback
  • Advising and ensuring correct contingency procedures are adhered to during event execution
  • Budget management ensuring all events stay within approved budget and processing of all related invoices
  • Ensuring necessary licenses are obtained
  • Creating a rota for onsite events team support at all events on a monthly basis
  • Involvement in projects that improve the efficiency or internal profile of the team

Requirements

  • A self-starter with previous experience of managing events in a similar environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work collaboratively within the team and wider department
  • Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, demonstrating assertiveness as appropriate
  • Strong venue knowledge in London
  • Previous experience working with a CRM system will be helpful
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Word, Excel and PowerPoint
