Coordinator

Our client supports Tech Entrepreneurs looking to start up businesses in the UK. This contract role is working in their Government and Stakeholder Team - this role will run asap until March 2020.

This is what the role would entail:

• Operational support for the Fintech and Lawtech panels to include (but not limited to):
• Organising monthly and quarterly panel meetings, including logistics of rooms, agendas, documents and taking comprehensive minutes and notes during the meeting
• Help with supporting task forces for Fintech moving forward being a second point of liaison if lead is not available
• Liaising with social media team to ensure timely publication of all documents as well as taking photos at panel events to help boost profile in short term
• Helping produce briefing materials for panel members and doing background research into what's going on in ecosystems so that we are well briefed and relevant for all interactions 
• Producing and keeping up to date year ahead planners and timelines through a crucial next 3-6 months 
• Being able to deal with ad hoc but important requests such as honours nominations, briefing draftings for ministerial meetings (fact-finding etc) 

Our client needs someone with attention to detail, great organisation skills and an ability to coordinate lots of activities. Excellent communications, skills, are required to be able to hold their own with senior stakeholders. Given the sensitivities and wide ranging responsibilities of the role, they are looking for someone who can manage all this in a mature manner and someone who can fit into a fast paced and performing team. They want someone who wants to get under the skin of the 'mission' - it's really meaningful work and you will be in the thick of it.
