We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant who is available for an immediate start. The salary will be £35,000 p/a

The role is with one of our financial services clients based in the City of London a vibrant location right near St Pauls Cathedral. This is the perfect role for someone wanting to get involved with a globally recognised investment firm dealing with large billing clients.

Who will you be working for?

What will you be doing?

• Supporting several trustee directors in the pensions department
• Processing invoices
• Managing payments
• Extensive diary management
• Building strong relationships
• Helping compile reports

About you

• Previous experience within a professional services background
• A team player with the ability to build solid relationships
• Possesses excellent communication and organisation skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be well presented
