Our client is a well known and award winning  advertising agency based in leafy warehouse offices in London’s popular Clerkenwell & Farringdon district.

We are looking to recruit an HR Administrator to their thriving team. Reporting directly to the People Manager you will provide the team with excellent admin support for a full range of HR processes. This includes training coordination, new joiner on boarding processes, probation reminder emails, day to day administrative management of employee database, responding to & actioning staff and benefit queries, recruitment coordination, mail mergers, filing and other ad hoc administrative duties.

Ideally, you already have 6months+ HR/People Admin experience in a media or similar fast paced commercial  business . You are emotionally intelligent and a strong team player with strong administrative skills, high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.

Experience of Media  firms a plus and most definitely the passion to make a personal impact in a fast growing, successful agency.
