PA - Investment Banking - City

Leading International Investment Banking and Financial Services firm, based in the City, is seeking an experienced, polished and highly professional PA to support a team of MDs and VPs within their Merchant Banking division. This varied and busy role will provide a high level of organisational support to the team including organising and arranging complex travel, scheduling meetings across various time zones, being the point of contact for clients, assisting with the organisation of off-sites and conferences and involvement with project support. You will need to possess a steady secretarial / PA track record, gained within a large, corporate, international environment including at least 2 years experience gained within the financial markets or banking sector, first class communication and inter-personal skills, a helpful and flexible attitude and great organisational ability. Hours are 9-5.
