Office Manager – charity – London Bridge – £30,000-£35,000 plus excellent benefits
Exciting opportunity for an experienced office manager to join this growing non-profit organisation in a pivotal role. With a focus on healthcare, this well-established charity is going through an exciting phase of growth and the office manager will play a key part in ensuring the organisation’s smooth running.
The role
The office manager will work alongside a team of 50 people and your main responsibility will be to ensure office environment is comfortable / fit for purpose. Duties will include:
- Acting as liaison point for any faults / improvements in the office; liaising with building management to resolve issues
- Managing all supplier contracts
- Ordering / organising supplies – food orders, stationery
- Responsibility for all H&S
- Monitor office use (currently hot desk set up) and organise overflow space as and when required
- Main point of contact for IT – overseeing equipment, resolving issues, starters, leavers
- Managing SharePoint project
- Ad hoc support to the team as and when required (including supporting FOH team to ensure reception is covered at all times)
The candidate
The office manager role would suit a friendly, hardworking candidate who is happy to pitch in and assist the team wherever they can. You will join a great team who are growing quickly. The candidate will have:
- A couple of years’ experience in an office management role
- Excellent customer service – you will be a key member of the team liaising at all levels, so must be genuinely happy to help!
- H&S and facilities experience
- IT literacy – experience of SharePoint would be beneficial
- Experience of organising an office move
Salary and benefits
- £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
- Pension (up to 12% employer contribution)
