A Talent Management company is looking for a proactive Executive Assistant/ Client Manager to support their successful and busy sports division in the heart of the West End.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This is a varied and fast paced Executive Assistant/ Client Manager role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:
• International diary management
• Managing schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
• Prepping documents for meetings, attend and take notes when required
• Acting as gatekeeper
• Adhoc Private support for the Executive
• Full administrative support and concierge service to company clients including but not limited to bookings for travel & accommodation, theatre & concert tickets, restaurant booking and experiences
• Develop and maintain contacts within the hospitality industry
• Build and manage relationships with clients and their families, attending social and work events on behalf of the company
• The right candidate will need to be available to support the Executive and clients outside of office hours including weekends when needed.
WHO YOU ARE
To be successful, you will be a sparky, on the ball EA/Client Manager with proven experience supporting a busy team, with strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• An ability to prioritise and multitask
• Extremely strong organisational skills
• An eye for detail including an aptitude for precision and accuracy
• Excellent MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other graphics/presentation package
• An ability to be forward thinking and proactive and able to multi task
• An ability to learn quickly and be a self-starter
• Experience of international diary management
• Exceptional time management skills required and must highly adaptable and flexible approach to meet the needs of the moment (essential)
• The ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role, must be a trusty worthy, honest person with a transparent nature
THE BENEFITS
This role will pay up to £40k (DOE)
• 25 days holiday
• Hours 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Pension
• Discretionary performance bonus
