Our client, a well established Economic Consultancy Company have an excellent opportunity for a top calibre candidate to join as a Reception and Admin Assistant. Attitude and work ethic absolutely prioritised over experience. You would be working alongside the main Receptionist and splitting your time between covering reception and doing general admin and team support.

The role:

  • Reception cover
  • Answering and fielding calls
  • Calendar and meeting management
  • Filing, Scanning, Data Entry
  • Assisting with office tasks, including ordering supplies, overseeing reception area, liaising with suppliers

The ideal candidate for this role would be a quick thinker with a great attitude. Someone who is highly organised, with attention to detail and uses their initiative to muck-in and get jobs done. All about fit, they are after someone who is chatty, warm and confident! Immediately available a bonus.
