PA to Venture Capital Team

Proactive, super hardworking and dynamic PA needed for high profile international private equity business. This team is highly entrepreneurial, exciting, and innovative, with a sociable, good-humoured and lively feel. They are an incredibly intelligent and ambitious bunch, who take their work seriously and have high expectations but also know how to have fun at the same time!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive PA to support the Head of the Team predominantly, and 5 team members to a lesser extent. This dynamic and fast paced PA / Team PA / EA role will be classic duties in nature, with lots of deadlines and constantly changing priorities, and this PA will need to use their initiative and throw themselves in from day one.

• Logistically complicated diary and international travel coordination, understanding team’s commercial focus and taking control of scheduling.
• Extensive liaison and relationship building with existing and potential clients.
• Taking control of all paperwork and forward-planning for timely production of board papers, PowerPoint presentations and reports.
• Proactive full Personal Assistance support to MD and wider team members on a daily basis.
• Working closely with other PAs in team and wider business to achieve goals under pressure.

This exceptional PA opportunity will offer a salary of up to £38k plus bonus, and an incredible wider benefits package. The ideal PA / Executive Assistant for this PA to MD /Team role will have:
