A hugely successful, global tech company is seeking a Turkish speaking temporary administrative assistant to join their dynamic team. Based in great West End offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, personable candidate to work with a world-renowned company in the tech industry. As an administration assistant, the role will mainly consist of admin and operational duties. The role will involve assisting both the EA and the general team on a range of tasks including:

  • Email correspondence
  • Event management (particularly organising guest lists)
  • Client facing and front of house duties
  • Scheduling meetings and managing the meeting rooms
  • Aiding with pitch briefings

Candidates must be fluent in Turkish and English with previous PA/assistant experience and should be confident with travel and event organisation. Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel) would be ideal.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bilingual, enthusiastic individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
