This is an Incredible opportunity for a determined and professional experienced Personal Assistant (PA) to work at the highest level in a varied, interesting support role. The chance has come about to support and inspiring and supportive Head of Department within a unique sports organisation. You will work in their stunning offices London office – the environment is friendly, positive, and incredibly dynamic.

You will be supporting a hugely dynamic, motivated, and high energy individual, who needs someone to provide her with outstanding PA support. The role is varied and involved, and the more you want to contribute to the business, the better!  a great opportunity to get involved with events, arranging client visits, travel coordination, liaising with Charites arranging donations and fundraising prizes and much more! 

The role in a nutshell:

• Support the HoD in their workload, managing conflicting priorities and providing right hand assistance every step of the way.
• Ever changing high level diary management
• Extensive liaison with some of the top figures on the industry and government
• Board papers and all documentation management
• Email screening and management
• Interesting Projects / Research as required
• Organisation and attendance at the annual international conference
• VIP client relationship building

 This role required someone resilient, super proactive and forward thinking, someone who is a natural organiser and ‘do-er’. You will be her representative at all times, her ambassador within the industry– you will be warm, client facing and always one step ahead! With the right person, she will want a relationship and to look after you!
