Your role

As the HR Coordinator your role will be fast-paced where working to speed with strong attention to detail is key. You will be well-advised in the coordination of complex meetings and travel across multiple time zones. This role will allow you to implement your strong coordination and attention to details skills in a fast-moving and entrepreneurial setting. As the HR Coordinator you will be tasked with a varied role including management of the global recruitment database, coordinating schedules, ensuring efficiency of the recruitment process, drafting job advertisements and the general management of recruitment logistics. You will be a confident communicator and have no issue liaising with an array of individuals.

Your skills & expertise

  • Previous experience working within HR coordination roles
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Incredibly efficient and highly organised
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlines
  • Forward thinking and adept at working in a fast-paced environment
  • Polished written and verbal communication
  • Strong commitment and longevity in prior roles
  • Degree in Business or HR (desirable)
