Tiger Recruitment are currently recruiting for a corporate receptionist on behalf of our client, a friendly yet highly professional natural resources company in central London. 


WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a front of house role, where you will be meeting and greeting all visitors so you must be friendly and approachable and extremely well presented.


Duties will include:
  • Answering calls in a professional manner, ensuring you take detailed and clear messages
  • Sending and distributing all incoming and outgoing mail, and couriers
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms, as well as other preparation such as ordering and food for lunch time meetings
  • Ordering stationary and kitchen supplies; liaising with suppliers
  • Registering any guests visiting the office, ensuring they sign in and out
  • Further ad hoc administration

WHO YOU ARE

A capable and experienced receptionist with 3+ years working in a similar role within a corporate environment
  • You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a clear telephone manner
  • You will be competent with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Outlook
  • You will be a team player but still have the ability to use your initiative
