This highly regarded  creative agency, based in uber cool offices, are looking for a confident, proactive and experienced receptionist to create a great first impression and contribute to the culture of the agency. A fantastic role for someone wanting to be a part of a growing, ambitious business.

• Greet visitors to the agency politely and enthusiastically, ensure host is made aware of their arrival

• Operate the switchboard, answering incoming calls promptly and politely. Ensure messages are passed to recipients promptly.

• Order couriers for deliveries, keeping records for billing purposes both national & international.

• Sign receipt of deliveries from couriers and ensure packages reach recipient promptly.

• Manage meeting room bookings, set meeting rooms up with refreshments and catering as appropriate.

• Manage stock levels of stationery and ensure supplies are always fully stocked. Control stock and re-order as required.

• Monitor kitchen refreshments & supplies and ensure all kitchen equipment is working and in good order.

• Manage supplies of boardroom facilities. Ensure Boardroom is clean and tidy on a daily basis for meetings.

• Organise weekly Friday drinks in the office.

• Responsible for making sure presents, cakes and cards are organised for birthdays, leaving does, new babies etc.

• Help organise events when needed.

• Prepare and frank all outgoing post and ensure franking machine is stocked up and sufficient money held.

• Distribute all post & magazines on a daily basis.

• Organise quotes for repairs and maintenance when required and book tradespeople.

• Responsible for health and safety – eg fire risk assessment for building, fire warden training, first aid etc•
