LMA have partnered with a financial services organisation based in the heart of London. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Generalist to join them on a temporary basis with a view to become permanent. This is an immediate start.

The ideal candidate will be an individual who is professional, competent, hardworking, confident, self-motivated and personable, who is able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a small team. The ideal candidate would have previously had a HR assistant role, maybe with only 6 months experience and is looking to build their skills and grow within a global company.

Some duties will include:

  • Benefits administration
  • Payroll
  • Learning + development
  • Employee relations
  • Recruitment
  • Contracts
  • On/off boarding
  • General Hr/admin
  • Organisation of events

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Human Resources team is essential
  • Strong admin skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office inclusive of Word and Excel
  • Experience of working in a confidential environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
  • High levels of professionalism
  • Extremely strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
