  • EA to dynamic CEO of a group of exclusive private members clubs with interests world wide.
  • Very senior, proactive EA who has experience working very FAST PACED
  • Luxury, hospitality, leisure or property industry.
  • Lots of project work, juggling responsibilities, forward planning and prioritising
  • Multi-tasker with good knowledge of HNW lifestyles.
  • Good IT skills, attention to detail
  • Experience organising high profile events, liaising with international stakeholders, lawyers  and senior executives, managing board meetings, preparing board packs as well as taking responsibility for basic HR and some Office Management.
  • Discretion is key, as is emotional intelligence. This is a fabulous role but not for the faint hearted, you need to work quickly and accurately, building relationships and making things happen.
