My client , a highly successful Investment Bank based in the heart of the City are looking for a new HR Assistant to join their expanding HR Team.

This role is incredibly diverse and you will be exposed to a multitude of areas within HR. Some of the duties are listed below :


  • Provide a full, comprehensive HR administrative service for and within the HR Function 
  • Assist the Head of HR and HR Business Partner in general ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Assisting the Head of HR/HR BP on operational/admin aspects of project work and initiatives
  • Answer staff queries and pro-actively manage and respond to queries within the HR inbox
  • Payroll collation and answering queries, payslip requests
  • Production of reference letters
  • Provide admin and assistance to support the Global mobility processes when required

Recruitment and Employee Duties

  • Arrange interviews, liaising with agencies, managers and updating recruitment trackers
  • Production of contractual documentation/offers
  • Maintaining the Employee Lifecycle trackers

If you have HR admin experience of at least 1-3 years in a corporate environment ideally financial services and are looking for a rare opportunity to expand your skills or utelise your current skill set , this role is perfect for you. 

Please note the position is offered on a fixed term 12 month basis initially with a view of becoming permanent.
