Quality Assurance Officer

An academic awarding body are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to join their Central London offices.
 
The Role
 
This Quality Assurance Officer role is working within a team to manage and review policies/ procedures, and provide guidance to both internal and external stakeholders. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Maintaining compliance with regulators
• Reports – contributing to and submitting quality reports, and self-evaluation reports
• Reviewing and updating handbooks

The Candidate
 
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established organisation. The successful candidate will have the following:

• Experience with regulations/ compliance
• Understanding of processes and systems, experience with databases (e.g. Quartz or Salesforce)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills
• Strong written and spoken communication and good attention to detail
• Good Microsoft Office skills, and minuting experience
