Tiger Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely Estate Agents who are looking for a Property Manager to join a young and buzzy team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• You will be liaising with landlords, tenants and professionals.
• You will be managing the entire property portfolio for the branch.
• Liaising with negotiators, negotiating terms and renewals.  
• Managing service of notices.
• Handling invoices and deposits.
• Managing referencing and various other admin.
• Bring consistently on hand to provide support to landlords and tenants whenever needed.
• Keeping on top of property laws.

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful you will need to be proactive and reliable at being the go to person for their clients. You will need to be confident and driven and consistently on top of a busy and demanding market.  

Knowledge, skills and experience required                                      
                                                               
Essential

• Bachelors degree or equivalence
• Minimum of 2 years working within a professional environment
• Experience working within a property company
• Knowledgeable with property laws
• Driving License

 
Personal Skill

• Well presented and spoken  
• Exceptionally organized and efficient
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Wonderful communication skills and a true people person
• Strong interest in property.
