We have just taken on a great opportunity for a star Team Assistant to join one of the UKs top Hedge Fund firms on a maternity cover contract starting this November for one year. This is a really lovely place to work and an amazing opportunity for an experienced Team Assistant looking to expand your skills and knowledge in a global company.

THE ROLE

This is a fairly traditional Team Assistant role, but you must be able to think on your feet and pre-empt the needs of those you are supporting as the team travel extensively and their diaries will change regularly! You will be sat in the middle of the trading floor with all the portfolio managers, and so the environment can be bouncy at times, but equally, the team often have their heads down. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced position, have strong attention to detail, amazing organisational skills and be an excellent communicator.

Some of your Team Assistant duties will include but will not be limited to:

The ideal Team Assistant will have some previous experience supporting a team, ideally working within a corporate environment. It’s important to add that whilst this company is quite traditional, it has a social and friendly vibe with multiple modern office perks. Knowledge of financial services is highly desired; however, a fast learner and solutions-driven candidate is equally advantageous.
