We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Assistant to join a well-regarded Investment firm based in the heart of Victoria.  There are currently 6 employees but they are growing to 12 by the early part of next year. They are absolutely lovely and growing very quickly, they are down-to-earth with a great collaborative culture and are willing to really help the right candidate develop their skills within the role.

THE ROLE

As Team Assistant you'll play a crucial role in providing daily support to the team and booking all of the long-haul travel for them on a daily basis, so having an interest and some experience booking international travel would be really helpful here. Outside of travel, the Team Assistant will provide the whole team with ad hoc office support which will include but not limited to the following;

Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

• Scheduling meetings
• Booking frequent international travel
• Diary management across multiple time zones
• Taking minutes
• Filing team expenses
• Data entry on CRM system
• Other team and office support as required
• Supporting the senior EA with ad-hoc duties and providing cover

They are looking for someone who is really keen to impress and loves being in a support role. They need a Team Assistant who can demonstrate great attention to detail and is confident juggling multiple and competing priorities. You should also have high emotional intelligence and be comfortable working in a quieter more studious environment, but can also adapt to the dynamics when everyone is back in the office all together and it is a bit buzzier. Having at least one year’s experience working as an administrator is highly advantageous and if you have booked international travel in your role then this would also be highly desirable.

• Salary up to  £30k

• Hours are 9.00am – 6:00pm
