Such an exciting Office Manager / HR Assistant opportunity has arisen at one of our technology clients based in cool West End offices.  Hugely inspiring and successful, this quickly expanding tech business is looking for an ambitious Office Manager / HR Assistant who will ensure the smooth running of the office whilst also work closely with the HR Manager.

HR duties will include,

Supporting development of best practice policies & procedures

First point of contact for HR queries

Providing HR admin support for entire employee life cycle

Attending formal HR meetings

Developing and managing training programmes

Promoting equality and diversity as part of their culture

Typical Office Manager duties include event planning and ad hoc projects.

The successful candidate will have a real upbeat and high energy personality with some HR administrative experience and Team Assistant / Office Management experience behind them.

Salary up to £28,000, 24 days holiday, pension, gym membership, social events, 9-5.30pm.
